Building One Brand Across a Growing Portfolio

Brand Integration · M&A Marketing · Portfolio Strategy · Go-to-Market

Over several years, Irth expanded through a series of acquisitions and portfolio additions, including 4iQ in 2022, geoAMPS in 2023, OneBridge in 2024, and 811spotter and Borealis in 2025.

Each addition brought its own customers, market presence, products, messaging, and brand equity. From a marketing perspective, the challenge was to help each business become part of a broader Irth story without losing the recognition and credibility it had already built in its market.

I led the marketing side of these integrations, working across brand, messaging, web, content, campaigns, customer communications, events, and internal alignment. The work varied by acquisition, but the consistent focus was creating a clearer, more connected experience for customers while helping Irth present an increasingly unified portfolio to the market.

That meant balancing two priorities: preserving what made each acquired brand valuable while steadily building stronger association with Irth and the broader platform.

My role:
Marketing integration leadership, brand architecture, messaging, web and digital integration, customer communications, campaign alignment, creative direction, and cross-functional coordination.
Key outcome:
Helped integrate multiple acquired brands into a more cohesive Irth portfolio, creating greater consistency across customer touchpoints while supporting the company’s evolution from a collection of solutions into a broader critical infrastructure technology brand.
